Utah Wrestling Coaches Association Announces 2A Rankings: Predicts Juab to Unseat Millard

The Utah Wrestling Coaches Association released rankings for the 2A division.  For teams, the list cites Juab High School as winning the state title, unseationg powerhouse Millard High School, followed by North Sevier High School and South Summit High School.

Predicted state champions in the 14 weight divisions were drawn from nine high schools: Enterprise, Grand County, Juab, Manti, Millard, North Sevier, Richfield, San Juan and South Summit.  Of those predicted state champions, seven are predicted to be repeat champions from the 2003–2004 season.  But the most telling information may be in evaluating team depth.  Although Juab is predicted to win the state title, Millard has the most ranked athletes (14) as well as the most predicted state champions, followed by Juab with 13 and two champs, South Summit with eight and one champion, and Manti with seven and one champion.
