Please support Utah wrestling by becoming a sponsor of the Web site, UtahWrestling.org.

This site is the hub of the Utah wrestling community’s communication network, be it youth, junior high, high school or college. The site hosts tournament schedules, lodging information for tournaments, tournament results, rankings, Utah wrestling news, selections for Utah wrestlers of the year, community dialogue, and is also supported by the national wrestling publications, Wrestling USA Magazine and IntermatWrestle.com. The site also has a large number of subscribers who sign up to receive e-mail updates, which pushes members of the wrestling community back to the site.

Founded in November 2003 at the request of the Utah Wrestling Coaches Association and USA Wrestling-Utah, it has been a labor of love, paid for by the site editor and, later, the cost of hosting was covered, while all time and expertise dedicated to the site was donated. As a result, traffic to this site has grown as people have come to make it a regular stop. In 2005, it was sanctioned by the state junior-high wrestling community and, in 2006, by both the USA Wrestling-Utah Board of Directors and AAU Wrestling Utah Board of Directors by unanimous vote. Since traffic is massive, it creates an opportunity for your business to benefit, as well as cross-pollination between sports.

What does “massive traffic” mean?  In 2008, the site averaged 5,141 unique visitors per month. That’s 171 different people each day. The highest month’s traffic 12,585 (average of 420 different people a day). Through June 2010, those numbers have grown, averaging 5,717 unique visitors per month (12% more than the previous year’s average).  This is a great opportunity for your business to benefit!

The following sponsorship options are available:

Service Directory Listing

For $75, your company name, address and phone number will be listed on the UtahWrestling.org Service Directory page, in alphabetical order, under a service category.  For additional categories, additional listings may be purchased.  This listing will remain on the site until August 31, 2011.

Sponsor Link

For $100, a text link will be placed on the UtahWrestling.org Sponsor page, in an alphabetical directory of sponsors, linking to your company Web site, as well as listing your company address and phone number. This link will remain on the site until August 31, 2011.

Sponsor Focus Link

For $150, a text link will be placed at the top of the UtahWrestling.org Sponsor page, as well as in the alphabetical directory, linking to your company Web site, as well as listing your company address and phone number. These links will remain on the site until August 31, 2011.

UtahWrestling.org Update Ad

For $250, a text ad (no more than 50 words, not counting a Web site address) will be placed at the bottom of the page on all UtahWrestling.org Updates e-mailed out to the site's hundreds of subscribers.  This updates are sent out at least monthly.  This ad will circulate through August 31, 2011.

Sponsor Banner

For $250, a graphic banner will be placed on the UtahWrestling.org Sponsor page, as well as the text link in the alphabetical directory, as described above. If you do not have access to a graphic designed, the banner will be professionally designed for you. This banner and link will remain on the site until August 31, 2011.

Page Sponsor Banner

For $350, a graphic banner will be placed on the UtahWrestling.org page of your choice (excluding the main page), as well as the text link in the UtahWrestling.org Sponsor page’s alphabetical directory, as described above. If you do not have access to a graphic designed, the banner will be professionally designed for you. This banner and link will remain on the site until August 31, 2011. In addition, come next year, you will have first right of refusal, to protect your position from other sponsors wanting to sponsor that same page.

For open bid, a graphic banner will be placed on the UtahWrestling.org Home page as well on UtahWrestling.org Sponsor page, as described above. If you do not have access to a graphic designed, the banner will be professionally designed for you. This banner and link will remain on the site until August 31, 2008. Bids for next year may be made via e-mail or using the linked form.
